Xtreme AirDogs Divisions

XTreme Air: Long jump for dogs

  • X-Treme Pro: 25′ and above
  • Pro: 20′ to 24’11”
  • Semi Pro: 15′ to 19’11”
  • Amateur: 10′ to 14’11”
  • Novice: 0 to 9’11”
  • Give It A Try™ For First Time Competitors

XTreme Hi-Jump: High jump for dogs

  • Pro: 6′ and above
  • Semi-Pro: 5’11” and under

XTreme Retrieve: A timed down and back water retrieve

  • Pro: 18.99 seconds and under
  • Semi-Pro: 19+ seconds (Over 30 seconds will be a N/T)

Top Dog: Top Dog In All 5 Sports

  • Points are scored in Xtreme Air, Xtreme Hi-Jump, Xtreme Retrieve, Xtreme RapidDisc, and K9X to determine the winner for each event

Xtreme AirDogs Titling

To earn a title in any division, a team must hold a valid Racing License and complete 5 qualifying jumps or retrieves in that division, plus hold the previous title. For example, if your dog jumps under 10' in Xtreme Air, after 5 jumps, you would earn your Novice Omega Xtreme AirDog Title. If you score an additional 5 Novice qualifying jumps, you earn your Novice Gamma Xtreme AirDog title.

If your team moves up a division, after 5 qualifying jumps you earn your Omega Dog Title in the new division. Once your team has moved up a division, you can't move back down until the following season. The same rules apply to Hi-Jump and Retrieve titles.

Omega Dog

  • 5 jumps in one division

Gamma Dog

  • Omega Dog title plus 5 jumps in the same division

Beta Dog

  • Gamma Dog title plus 5 jumps in the same division

Alpha Dog

  • Beta Dog title plus 5 jumps in the same division

Alpha Dog I, II, III, etc

  • Omega Dog title plus 5 jumps in the same division

Specialty and Elite Titles

Super Pup (for Junior Handlers):

  • Alpha Dog title plus competed in 2 division finals

Silver Dog (for Senior Dogs):

  • Alpha Dog title plus competed in 2 division finals

Micro Alpha (for Lap Dogs)

  • Alpha Dog title plus competed in 2 division finals

Super Alpha(All other dogs)

  • Alpha Dog title plus competed in 2 division finals

K9X Divisions

K9X Sprint (electronically timed)

  • Pro: 2.799 seconds and under
  • Semi-Pro: 2.800-3.299 seconds
  • Amateur: 3.300 seconds and over

K9X Sprint (manually timed)

  • Pro: 3.400 seconds and under
  • Semi-Pro: 3.400-3.999 seconds
  • Amateur: 4.000 seconds and over

K9X Drag Racing

  • Pro: 16 fastest sprint times
  • Semi-Pro: 17-32 fastest sprint times
  • Amateur: 33-48 fastest sprint times

K9X Titling

To earn a K9X Sprint Dog Title, a team must hold a valid Racing License and complete 5 qualifying heats in that division, plus hold the previous title. For example, if your dog completes the sprint course in in less than 2.8 seconds (electronically timed), after 5 heats, you would earn your Pro Omega K9X Title. If you complete an additional 5 qualifying Pro heats, you earn your Pro Gamma K9X Title.

If your team moves up a division, after 5 qualifying jumps you earn your Omega Dog Title in the new division. Once your team has moved up a division, you can't move back down until the following season. The same rules apply to Drag Racing Titles.

Omega Dog

  • 5 times scored in one division

Gamma Dog

  • Omega Dog title plus 5 times in the same division

Beta Dog

  • Gamma Dog title plus 5 times in the same division

Alpha Dog

  • Beta Dog title plus 5 times in the same division

Alpha Dog I, II, III, etc

  • Omega Dog title plus 5 times in the same division

Xtreme RapidDisc Divisions

Give It A Try™:

  • First Time Competitors, no score given

Xtreme RapidDisc Amateur:

  • New and Beginner teams, teams scoring 29 and under

Xtreme RapidDisc Pro:

  • Teams scoring more than 29 points

Masters:

  • Dogs aged 9 and over

Xtreme RapidDisc Titling

To earn a Xtreme RapidDisc Title, a team must hold a valid Racing License and complete 5 qualifying flights in that division, plus hold the previous title. For example, if your dog scores more than 25 points in 5 flights, you would earn your Pro Omega Xtreme RapidDisc Title. If you complete an additional 5 qualifying Pro flights you earn your Pro Gamma Xtreme RapidDisc Title.

If your team moves up a division, after 5 qualifying flights you earn your Omega Dog Title in the new division. Once your team has moved up a division, you can't move back down until the following season.

Omega Dog

  • 5 times scored in one division

Gamma Dog

  • Omega Dog title plus 5 times in the same division

Beta Dog

  • Gamma Dog title plus 5 times in the same division

Alpha Dog

  • Beta Dog title plus 5 times in the same division

Alpha Dog I, II, III, etc

  • Omega Dog title plus 5 times in the same division
